Terms of sale

Last updated October 11, 2026

These terms apply to purchases on draiocht.shop. By placing an order you agree to them.

The product

Draíocht Hyaluronic Acid Serum is a cosmetic. It isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes; stop using it if irritation occurs, and try a small area first. Ask a doctor before using new skincare products during pregnancy or if you have a skin condition.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Sales tax is added where required.
Payment is taken when you order, through Stripe’s secure payment form (pre-orders are also charged when you order).
If an item is out of stock or an order can’t be filled, we’ll refund you in full.

Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge the card you used (or a card you later add) at the subscriber price, plus any applicable tax, on the schedule you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months), until you cancel.
We email you 3 days before each charge.
You can skip, change, pause or cancel anytime in your account, in one click. Cancelling stops future charges; an order already charged still ships and can be returned under the normal return policy.
If a payment fails, we’ll email you and try again up to two more times before pausing the subscription.
If the subscriber price changes, we’ll email you at least 14 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Creator codes, friend codes and referral credit

A creator code or a friend’s code takes 10% off a one-time order. Subscriptions already get 10% off, and the two don’t combine. One code per order.
Friend codes are for a customer’s first order, at a different address from the person who shared the code. You can’t use your own code.
When a friend’s first order with your code is past our 30-day returns window, you get a referral credit (currently $4). Credits add up, come off your next order automatically (including subscription deliveries), never take an order below $0, can’t be exchanged for cash and expire 12 months after they’re earned.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any credit it earned is cancelled, and any credit used on it is returned. We can cancel credits or codes that are misused (for example fake accounts or self-referrals).
Creators who share Draíocht follow separate Creator Program Terms and earn a commission on orders placed with their code.

Shipping and returns

See Shipping & returns: free shipping to all 50 states; unused bottles can be returned within 30 days; the buyer pays return shipping.

Reviews

Reviews on this site can only be written by verified buyers. We may also show reviews customers left on Amazon or sent us directly, copied word for word and labeled with where they came from. We show all reviews, positive and negative, and remove only spam, fakes, offensive language, private information or posts unrelated to the product.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
