Shipping & returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on every order to all 50 US states (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Washington, DC.
• We don’t ship outside the United States yet.
• Orders are packed by hand in Prospect, Virginia and usually ship within 1–3 business days by USPS Ground Advantage (our standard, free ground service). Delivery usually takes about 2–7 business days after that; Alaska and Hawaii can take 10 days or more. You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as yours ships, and you can follow it in your account.
• Subscription orders are charged and shipped on their scheduled date. We email you 3 days before each one.

Returns

• Unused, unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened or used bottles can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons.
• The buyer pays return shipping. Please use a carrier with tracking.
• Your refund (the price you paid for the returned bottles) goes back to your original card as soon as the return arrives. Banks usually show it within 3–10 business days.

How to return

1. Log in to your account and choose Request a return on the order.
2. Once approved, you’ll get an email with the return address.
3. Mail the bottle(s) and add the tracking number in your account.
4. We refund your card as soon as it arrives.

Damaged or wrong item?

If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email draiochthealth@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

You can skip a delivery, change the quantity or timing, pause, update your card or cancel anytime in your account, in one click. Cancelling stops all future charges; orders already placed still ship.
